3/8" Triangles (#600) & 1/2" Triangles (#601) are medium cut triangular shaped media. This media is used for deburring non-ferrous metal parts.
Liquid Brass Pre-Cleaner; (STK #550); $6.75
This is used to clean tarnished or corroded brass in the Rotary Tumbler. It may also be used as a tumbling compound with the deburring media.
Ceramic Deburring & Burnishing Media; (STK # 610 & 620); (CALL FOR PRICE)
Ceramic media is used for deburring both ferrous and non-ferrous. It is available with medium cut abrasive for deburring and without abrasive for burnishing parts.
Brass Polish; (STK # 500, $6.25, 500A, $12.25; 500B); $ 24.50
Treated crushed Black Walnut Shell. Thumbler's 500 series media attacks only the oxidation without scratching, bringing cartridge cases, fish lures, coins and other metal objects to a gleaming finish without loss of metal. Brass polishing media is reusable. When cleaning action slows use Reactivating Cream (STK #501) to renew the strength of the media.
Brass Polish Media
Treated crushed Corn Cob for use in a Vibratory Tumbler. This media removes only tarnish and oxidation without scratching. When used in a vibratory tumbler, it will bring metal objects to a gleaming finish in just an hour or two. Media is reusable. When action becomes too slow to be effective, replace 25% of media with new. Also works well in rotary tumblers.
