ULTRASONIC MEDIA
The vibrating tumbler does the job in five days verses thirty days for the rotary tumblers. The RAYTECH tumbler uses one table spoon of grit and water for twelve hours and then you add the same amount for another twelve hours. At this time you remove all of the media and clean your rock and start over. Use this method for each step. BE SURE TO WATCH YOUR MOISTURE LEVEL IN HOT WEATHER
Vibratory tumblers are made for long and reliable operation. The metal parts are made of heavy gauge steel and the bowls are made from a tough, long-life corrosion proof cross-linked polyethylene. The finish on the parts provides easy cleaning. Rugged bearing assembly is designed especially for the rigorous vibratory service.
TUMBLE-VIBE 5
This popular low cost unit is favorite of the hobbyist and is used commercially as well. Holds 25 ring castings with media or will process about 4 lbs. of stone. Bowl diameter is 8" with new convenient solid lid system.

This is a new machine with a heavier duty motor and replaces the TV-18. This is a much heavier duty replacement and is much more durable.

ADJUSTA-Vibe 40
Model AV40 vibratory machines are compact, yet have a capacity of .40 cubic feet and are equipped with amplitude adjustment, inlet and outlet ports for compound rinsing systems and heavy duty cross linked polyethylene bowl construction. Sound dampening covers are standard. The Model AV40 is also offered with the quick, convenient Tumble Dump feature (model TD) for ease of unloading. OPTIONAL REPLACEMENT BOWLS
All RAYTECH'S bowls are made from tough cross-linked polyethylene and are equipped with liquid drains. Noise dampening covers are standard with all bowls. Optional bowls are recommended for more than media process step. This will eliminate time-consuming clean outs. Bowls model BS-20 and BS-33 are designed specifically for use with steel media with RAYTECH'S exclusive Discharge Chute. All other medias can be run as well.
