MAGNETIC PLATED DIAMOND DISC'S.

Magnetic Plated Diamond Disc's have metal-bonded to a magnetic backing which will adhere to a steel backed-up plate. Grit sizes range from 60 to 600 for grinding and sanding flats. They are especially efficient at removing saw marks from slabs.

The 8" Plated Disc has no center hole for an uninterrupted working surface. It can now be used with the 8" steel-faced back plate that fits the right hand side of the Titan.

The 12" and  18" Plated Disc's fit out model 12RLD and 18RLD rotating lap machines (click for page). The 12" Plated Disc's have a 5/8" center  hole, and the 16" and 18" Plated Disc's have a 1" center hole.

THE 16" AND 18" MAGNETIC PLATED DIAMOND DISC'S ARE A SPECIAL ORDER

Shown is the Genie with a 6" steel faced back plate and a 6" Magnetic plate Disc attached to the right hand wheel adaptor of the machine. Both Magnetic Plated Disc's and Magnetic Novas (6" size shown lying on a machine pan), can be used on the steel-faced back plate. Both are easily attached and removed from the plate.
