DOUBLE ROW GRINDER

This is the great grinding wheel with coarse diamond for grinding the corners off of the spheres before grinding the corners off of them in she sphere machine. Also us it for grinding larger rocks before polishing them for specimens. It has a 5/8 in. threaded center and will fit on most 4 in. or 4-1/2 in. angle head grinders. We also make an adaptor for them to be put on a bench grinder for easier handling of the sphere with both hands.

The backer pads are made of rubber and have a velcro front for holding the polish pads. They have a 5/8 in. threaded hole and fit most 4 in. and 4-1/2 in. angle head air or electric grinders.

The flat laps are made of metal and have a 1/2 hole an d are plated with graded diamond. They come in six in., 8 in, 10 in., & 12in.

The 6 in. flat lap come in 60, 80, 240, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1,000, 1,200, 1,500 and 2,500 grit sizes.

The 8 in. flat laps come in 60, 80, 120, 180,240, 320,400, 600, 800, 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500 grit sizes.

The 10 in. flat laps come in 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400, and 600 grit sizes .

The 12 in. flat laps come in 90, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400 and 600 grit sizes.

The diamond grinding wheels come in 6 and 8 in and are both 1-1/2 ins. wide. They have a metal outer rim and center is of plastic.

The 6 in. grinding wheels come in the following grits 60, 80, 120, 180, 220, 320, 600 and 1,200.

The 8 in. grinding wheels come in the following grits 60, 80, 120, 220, and 320

POLISHING PAD

The polishing pads are made or a resin with diamond in them with a velcro back they also come in 3 and 4 in. sizes and a available in the following grits 50, 100. 200, 300, 500, 800, 1,000, 3,000, and a final pad of 10,000 grit.
