Quick Change Bur Release- for Use Only with 3/32" (2.35mm) Burs

These enable you to insert and remove 3/32" (or 2.35mm) accessories (burs, bits, cutters, drills, etc.), with only a brief interruption in work, and with out the use of a chuck key, or pin, and wrench. Different styles of burr release mechanisms are available-push/pull, push lever,  and rotating lever. S election is a matter of personnel preference as all save time for stone setters and others  users making  frequent bur changes. Even when not in use, it's important to ALWAYS store a bur in the collet of a Quick Change handpiece. Burs not included.

Foredom's most popular Quick Change handpiece features a super slim grip and lever action that opens and closes the collet. It has pre-lubricated ball bearings that do not require lubrication. Removing and cleaning of the precision collet is easy to do. 7" long, 19/32' Dia. Wt. 3.65 ozs. Shp. Wt. 4.45 ozs.

The No. 20 has a molded plastic front grip tapered sides for easy and close handling. It has pre-lubricated ball bearings that do not require lubrication. 5-5/8" long, 1-1/8" Dia., (center), 3/8" Dia. (front taper), Wt. 4 ozs., Shp. Wt. 5.ozs.

Lever Action- To insert accessory, rotate lever 90 degrees away from body. Insert accessory move lever forward or back 90 degrees in to locked position.

The No. 52 has a durable plastic barrel and grip that is comfortable to hold. It is smooth running and pre-lubricated  ball bearings that do not require any lubrication.
